Villa Perdices One

This amazing villa has the most outstanding panoramic views over Playa Blanca and Fuerteventura. It is set in an elevated position in a quiet residential area yet only a 2 minute drive into the centre of the resort. The villa is very private. It has a walled garden with well established plants and palm trees. There is a large heated pool with a safety cover and plenty of modern sun loungers around the ample terrace. For outside dining there is a large rectangular marble table and chairs with a parasol and a large gas bbq.

The stunning Italian kitchen has an American style fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, a 4 ring electric hob and 2 dishwashers. There is also a separate wine cooler.

The sitting room and dining room area is open plan and very light as large glass patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom. It also has its own terrace with sun loungers. The other bedrooms in the main house have twin beds which can be put together upon request. Every bedroom has its own remote controlled fan.

There is a separate, fully contained 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment which has its own access. It also has satellite TV, DVD and free WiFi.

Seven bedrooms and five bathrooms in total.
