La Casita

La Casita is a very popular 2 bedroom duplex and is situated in the stunning new Marina Rubicon.

It is just a minutes walk into the centre where there are some amazing restaurants of all types, cocktail bars, cafes and designer shops.

There are also two supermarkets nearby, so all the amenities you need are virtually on your doorstep.

La Casita has been comfortably furnished with a king size bed, ceiling fan and balcony in the main bedroom and twin beds and a ceiling fan in the other bedroom.

There is a family bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and a washing machine in the utility room.

The lounge has a leather sofa and dining room table and chairs, a flat screen tv with satellite channels, dvd and music centre.

Patio doors open out onto the terrace, garden and pool area where there is a table and chairs and 4 sun loungers with cushions.

“This was our 3rd year in a row at La Casita and as usual it has been a fantastic holiday. The vila was spotless, the pool perfect and it was good to see Amanda again and listen to her recommendations. This year our favourite eaterie has been “Blue Note”- great tapas, nice little extras & live music too. Would also recommend “Le Petite Marmite” and “Casa Roja” for a treat. We always feel very happy and safe here and go home thoroughly relaxed.”
